Commercial
Gregor Heating and Renewable Energy offers a reliable and professional service for corporate clients such as local Housing Associations, National Builders, Architects, Property Developers, Property Management companies, Care Home proprietors, Commercial Landlords and Letting Agents.
Our commercial service is based on flexibility, working in partnership with clients on both "one-off" projects as well as contract work.
Resources include a team of fully qualified and experienced engineers competent to provide all types of heating services from preventative service maintenance contracts to complete energy-efficient and cost-saving gas, oil and renewable energy installations.
This enables us to successfully undertake and manage major contracts, taking a project from a basic idea through to a detailed and fully costed tender, then followed by installation and maintenance with an in-house team providing a reliable and rapid response service in cases of emergency.
Current projects include small commercial installations in community halls and churches, and a 5-year partnering agreement with a local Housing Association for gas service maintenance with 24-hour emergency call-out. Ongoing projects are also in place with national building developers.
