Just writing to say how amazed I was at the level of service received from your company today. I was pulling my hair out all morning trying to get someone to fix my boiler – not even British Gas could visit until the New Year.
From the time of calling you to the time the boiler was fixed was less than one and half-hours. The engineer even picked up the right spare part on his way to me based upon my description of the problem.
