A1 For boiler cover only £11.92 (inc VAT @ 15% a month) – £143.04 annual cost.

For boiler and system £15.58 (inc VAT @ 15% a month) – £186.96 annual cost.

A2 There is no limit to genuine call-outs however there may be a charge if the call-out is not genuine, for example, to reset the time clock.

A3 There are two easy payment options: monthly payments by standing order; or payment in full where you will get 13 months’s cover for the price of 12.

A4 There is no age limit on your boiler, but it is at our discretion whether the boiler is accepted dependent on its condition. If parts are obsolete we may accept the boiler excluding the parts that are obsolete.

A5 Yes, we will carry out a service and inspection prior to any agreement starting. This will be charged at £64.40 (inc VAT @ 15%) but this amount will be deducted from your HeatPlan agreement if accepted.

A6 To make a claim simply contact us on our dedicated HeatPlan number. We will ask a couple of questions and, where necessary, arrange for an engineer to call at an agreed date and time. More information will be contained in your welcome pack.

A7 Yes, you are entitled to an annual service on both HeatPlan schemes. Where possible we will carry this out at the same time each year depending on workload.

A8 You can cancel your agreement at any time. If we have carried out your annual service there will be a minimum charge of £64.40 (inc VAT at 15%). If you have had a call-out or repair, the full annual charge of your HeatPlan scheme will be charged.
