Introduction of annual maintenance contracts for homeowners
Boiler repairs can be expensive and even the best can go wrong over time.
To reduce the risk of a homeowners needing to meet the cost of a replacement part, we are introducing two schemes that will not only cover the cost of the part and its installation, but also include an annual boiler inspection and full service plus 24-hour call-out emergency response.
Scheme 1 will cover the boiler only; Scheme 2 will additionally cover the full central heating system – the cost of both schemes being well below the amounts charged by national companies.
