A fully comprehensive annual boiler service to manufacturers’ and Gas Safe standards. Free replacement of component parts.
HeatPlan 2 Boiler and full system
£15.92 inc VAT per month
Heatplan 1 package plus full central heating system cover
Subject to inspection, any make of gas boiler can be covered.

Landlord Safety Certificates
In order to meet the regulations relating to gas appliances supplied by landlords in tenanted accommodation, the annual checks we carry out include:
- Appliance operating pressure or heat input, (both where necessary)
- Correct operation of safety devices
- Adequate ventilation where required
- Visual examination of the flue system
- Flue flow test (where applicable)
- Spillage test (emissions) (where applicable)
- Satisfactory flue termination
- Appliance is safe to use
On completion of the above, the engineer will accurately record the findings on the Landlord/Homeowner Gas Safety Record.
In addition to servicing and providing a CP12 Landlord's certificate, we are also able to offer electric, portable appliance testing.
Other facilities include:
- a full diagnostic breakdown and repair service
- combustion analyser safety testing; heating system and control testing
- power flushing and de–scaling to improve and maintain energy efficiency
- radiator, pump, diverter–valve and hot water cylinder repairs, replacements and upgrades
