How much does the scheme cost?
For boiler cover only £10.37 (inc VAT @ 15% a month) – £143.04 annual cost. For boiler and system £13.55 (inc VAT @ 15% a month) – £186.96 annual cost.
Is there a limit to call-outs?
There is no limit to genuine call-outs however there may be a charge if the call-out is not genuine, for example, to reset the time clock.
What are the payment options?
There are two easy payment options: monthly payments by standing order; or payment in full where you will get 13 months’s cover for the price of 12.
Is there an age limit on my boiler?
There is no age limit on your boiler, but it is at our discretion whether the boiler is accepted dependent on its condition. If parts are obsolete we may accept the boiler excluding the parts that are obsolete.
Do you need to inspect my boiler?
Yes, we will carry out a service and inspection prior to any agreement starting. This will be charged at £64.40 (inc VAT @ 15%) but this amount will be deducted from your HeatPlan agreement if accepted.
How do I make a claim?
To make a claim simply contact us on our dedicated HeatPlan number. We will ask a couple of questions and, where necessary, arrange for an engineer to call at an agreed date and time. More information will be contained in … Continue reading
Do I get an annual service with Heatplan?
Yes, you are entitled to an annual service on both HeatPlan schemes. Where possible we will carry this out at the same time each year depending on workload.
How do I cancel my agreement?
