Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a proven track record to manage the finance team and ensure KPIs are met, taking responsibility of all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting whilst providing advice to the Directors on financial plans and associated risk.

You are a fully qualified CIMA or ACMA with at least 5 years PQE of working in Construction , FM or related industry. The ability to use your own initiative having held a previous management role with experience of managing staff and a good understanding and knowledge of Excel (advance skills preferred) Sage and CRM systems is essential.

Senior Buyer

We are looking to strengthen our commercial team with the new appointment of a senior buyer, a new position within the Company.

The Senior Buyer will prepare accurate quantities and material schedules, competitively source and co-ordinate the supply of plant and materials required for various sites.

They will manage pricing and trading agreements and quotations, ensuring the team deliver on time, meeting and tight deadlines. Forecasting costs and estimates on a monthly basis along with regular cost reviews with the Operations Director will be essential in this role to work effectively.

Previous experience of working in the plumbing merchant industry is essential and would be extremely advantageous if you have a trade counter or estimating background.
