Purchasing Team-Leader

With over £15m of plumbing and heating installation contracts secured over this next year, we are extremely busy and as a result are looking to strengthen our purchasing team by appointing an experienced team leader.

The team leader will manage pricing, trading agreements and quotations. Preparing accurate quantities and material schedules, competitively source and co-ordinate the supply of plant and materials required for delivery to our engineers on various New Build sites across the south west. Ensuring the team deliver on time, meeting the tight deadlines.

Forecasting costs and estimates on a monthly basis along with regular cost reviews with the Operations Director will be essential in this role to work effectively.

Renewable Sales Consultant

This is a unique position within the company for a dynamic person with a strong sales and technical background within the renewable heating sector. Having a proven track record of delivering and achieving sales targets you will be responsible for providing technical sales support and advice to our clients across a range of renewable energy and low carbon projects from inception through to commissioning.

Being responsible for the business development of the department you will be pro-actively seeking new opportunities, preparing proposals and securing contracts both with new and existing clients alike. Working in conjunction with the Operation’s Manager and install team you will be responsible for overseeing mainly domestic and small commercial contracts, ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, scope and in accordance with the required standards.

Operation’s Manager – Installation

This is a unique position within the company for an ambitious and dynamic person with a strong technical background within the renewable and gas heating sector.

Working in conjunction with the department Sales Manager’s you will be responsible for managing the installation of Gas and renewable heating systems for mainly domestic and small commercial contracts. Ensuring all works are completed on time, within budget, scope and in accordance with the required standards.

Gas Service & Repair Engineer

An experienced Gas Service & Breakdown engineer is needed to join our team. You will be required to visit and carry out gas boiler servicing and reactive maintenance within customers properties in line with the Gas Safety (Installation & Use) Regulations Experience in all domestic gas heating systems, system upgrades and wiring of central heating controls.

Minimum current experience of three years in all domestic gas appliance servicing with all relevant qualifications and knowledge of the current gas safe regulations. Also a full driving license (maximum six penalty points), general IT skills and the ability to act independently & prioritize work with an understanding of individual domestic customers and the requirements of excellent customer service.

Financial Controller

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller with a proven track record to manage the finance team and ensure KPIs are met, taking responsibility of all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting whilst providing advice to the Directors on financial plans and associated risk.

You are a fully qualified CIMA or ACMA with at least 5 years PQE of working in Construction , FM or related industry. The ability to use your own initiative having held a previous management role with experience of managing staff and a good understanding and knowledge of Excel (advance skills preferred) Sage and CRM systems is essential.
