Choosing a level of Heat:Plan cover means complete peace of mind , knowing that you have taken the steps to cover your boiler and heating system. You’ll no longer have to keep track of when your annual boiler service is due – we will remind you in advance so we can plan your service date.
Your Heat:Plan fee can be paid annually or monthly, through direct debit. You have complete choice over your most suitable cover plan and payment method, tailoring the plan to your needs and budget.

For everyone. Annual boiler service and system health check, 24-7, 365 days a year emergency call-out service at a discounted rate.
This level of membership will provide an annual boiler service and system health check. Members of this level will benefit from 24/7 emergency call-out service at discounted member rates. This plan costs £5.99 per month, with a yearly cost of £71.88. If you have a new boiler fitted by us at Gregor, we offer this product free for the first year.
Total peace of mind for customers whose boiler is in the manufacturer’s guarantee period. Annual boiler service and system health check, full parts and labour cover for your central heating and hot water system, 24-7, 365 days a year emergency call out service. This level costs £9.50 per month, with a yearly cost of £114.
For customers whose boiler is outside the manufacturer’s guarantee period. Annual boiler service and system health check, full parts and labour cover for your boiler, 24-7, 365 days a year emergency call out service. This level costs £12.44 and has a yearly cost of £148.28.
Total peace of mind for customers whose boiler is outside the manufacturer’s guarantee period. Annual boiler service and system health check, full parts and labour cover for your boiler, central heating and hot water system, 24-7, 365 days a year emergency call out service. This level costs £16.26, with a yearly cost of £195.12.*

A system power flush removes sludge, improving efficiency and reducing running costs. Being part of the Heat:Plan Club, members can access a full system power flush for a £40 discount compared to the standard cost.
Easy to fit retrospectively, system filters will safely collect any scale formed in the system. Once fitted, our engineers will then clean the filter as part of your annual service. For Heat:Plan Club members, system filters can be fitter for a discounted price with a saving of £49.
To help save on energy bills, installing a Smart Thermostat means you are in better control of your heating with your smart phone or tablet. The Heat:Plan members discount means that this can be installed with a £30 saving compared to standard costs.
