We are delighted to have won a maintenance contract with Weston-Super-Mare based Knightstone Housing Association to service and install gas boilers. This follows a rigorous selection process that included interviews and site visits from Knighstone staff and residents.
The contract is one of a series of contracts that have been recently awarded by Knightstone following a competitive re-tendering process and which cover everything from planned maintenance, including kitchen and window renewals, to responsive repairs, empty homes and gas servicing.
Mark Beard, Director of Customer and Community Operations at Knightstone, said:
“Maintaining our homes and ensuring they’re safe are some of the most important services we provide to our residents, whether it’s responding to emergency repairs, planning upgrades to kitchens and bathrooms or servicing equipment.
“These are five year contracts, with an opportunity to extend up to ten years, meaning our contractors can really invest in their services and provide consistency to residents in the long term.”
