Terms & Conditions:
Our quotation to you is based on the price, costs and rates of goods, materials, labour and V.A.T. ruling at the date of submission of this quotation by Steve Gregor Plumbing & Heating Ltd trading as Gregor Heating Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the installer”). Should there be any subsequent alteration in such prices, costs, before the completion of the contract, the Installer will notify you of the contract change and any additional works will be invoiced separately.
The price quoted will remain firm from the date of receipt of your acceptance and deposit.
The price includes any lifting and replacing of normal softwood floor boards, but does not include the lifting of any special (eg hardwood parquet, rubber, tile floors or laminate). Any carpet rolled back to undertake installation will be carried out with maximum care and attention but we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may be incurred due to the original fitting of floor covering.
A deposit shall be paid on acceptance of quotation issued (or, for certain types of services and customers only, via contractual agreement such as JCT or variation order). Payment of any outstanding amount shall be due on completion of works within a period of seven days from receipt of final invoice(s).
The Installer guarantees to replace or repair free of charge any defective part of the appliance or equipment supplied under this quotation and to remedy free of charge. These guarantees shall only apply to defects which appear within the period stated on your quotation from the date of the system being commissioned and provided such defects are notified within seven days of its appearance.
This quotation includes only the items specifically mentioned (please refer to your quotation under, builders work clause) and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing does not, unless otherwise stated, include, for example, painting pipes or other fittings or reinstating decorations, plasterwork, special flooring or making good after the removal of existing old apparatus etc, unless otherwise agreed and confirmed.
These conditions shall constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and the Installer and no waiver, alteration or modification of this quotation or its conditions shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by both parties (Customer & Installer).
Planning Permission Confirmation:
By signing this order acceptance confirmation form, you are confirming that you have received Planning Permission or a Building Warrant for the proposed installation, or ascertained that these are not required. We cannot be held responsible for any installations where Planning Permission or a building Warrant was required but not obtained, and no refunds will be offered.
Important Information:
Test/Commissioning certificates (including all completion certification) required to enable Grant Funding and the Feeding Tariffs to be authorised and paid, will only be supplied once full payment has been received. Furthermore, all parts and materials supplied, remain the property of Gregor Heating and Renewable Energy until this time.
