Gregor Heating Solar and battery installation Couldn't be happier with the work carried out fitting solar panels and batteries. All Gregor employees were helpful and always ready to answer questions. I was fortunate to have gregor heating install my solar panels,  inverter and battery storage and was extremely happy with all they have done for me The design was first class and even taking into account that the equipment turned up very early ( 3rd party company) they rectified as quick as humanly possible.  After that communication was excellent and engineers turned up on time and very professional. The install went brilliantly (even dealing with my dog who some could be scared of, being a big bad softie doberman). The service they provide is nothing short of exceptional that 5 stars doesn't seem enough, even providing the handover after install was brilliant. We were completely satisfied with the way Gregor handled our project to replace oil central heating with an air source heat pump. Everything, from the no fee, no commitment surveys by Ross, through to the installation by an expert and motivated team of engineers (Jim, Paul, Craig and Mark) was excellent. The work was carefully planned to minimise disturbance and was carried out very efficiently and tidily. Also the back office work of getting the Ofgem grant, DNO approval and general administration was seamless. This is a well-run organisation and one feels in safe hands.

Annual Servicing Central Heating/Gas Fires Very good annual servicing yet again from Gregor Heating. Work is always carried out with care, tidiness and efficiency. Customer is always advised what is being done and why. Annual maintenance contacts are good value and give peace of mind-not the cheapest,not the dearest but probably one of the best. Any call outs/emergencies are always handled promptly-benefit of using local company with local knowledge and local staff on call-out/standby rotas. Worcester Boiler service and Landlord Gas safety check on Boiler and Gas hob Booking: Following reminder text from Gregory (very helpful) the office staff were extremely helpful and offered various dates to book gas boiler service and safety check. The engineer arrived at the expected day and time and Phil was very accommodating regarding may various questions and interest in how things worked- clearly he is highly experienced. The service/safety checks/testing was all completed without drama (and there was no attempt at any up-selling). First class service start to finish. Darren arrived slightly early, but that was fine with me. After a very friendly introduction, I went through our heating system with him and the problems being encountered. It was very reassuring that he immediately seemed to know what the problems were and set about fixing them. He appeared very knowledgeable. In a very short space of time, he had our heating up and running. I have used Gregor before, and on both occasions, I found that from the initial contact on the phone through to the engineers coming, this company is very friendly and professional. James my service engineer heat pump called at the end of his day to sort out my lack of heat and hot water.  After a lot of investigating he was able to give me back heat and I am so so happy.
