By filling out the online form not only can you do it at your own convenience, it also helps the team pinpoint the issue before contacting you, ensuring you receive answers and solutions faster.

To log a fault, click on the service tab and select the “log your fault here” option, enter your fault and Heat:Plan number and help is on the way!
