Over the Christmas period the Gregor team went above and beyond what was asked of them putting customers ahead and saving their holidays.

On Christmas Eve we received an emergency call for a broken-down boiler threatening a clients Christmas. Gregor Engineer Jim saved the day and came in on his day off to replace the boiler successfully, needless to say the customer was exceedingly thankful.

Then again on New Years eve we received another emergency call for another broken down boiler. This one was a real team effort, beginning with Craig calling the manager of the Plumb center and getting them to open just to sell us a boiler. Amazing effort! He then handed over to Gregor Engineer Neil, who drove the new boiler to the North Somerset for the install. The customer was beyond thrilled to not enter the new year in the cold.

The customers Mr & Mrs Edge commented: “We woke up on New Years Eve Morning to a broken boiler.  We called the team at Gregor and they went way above and beyond our expectations.  We explained how we had a 92 year old living in the house and the service team and back up support could not have done anymore to get our heating up and running faster.  They managed to collect, deliver, and install a new boiler by the morning 2nd January, taking into account that the 1st was a bank holiday!  The team was highly professional and went out of the way to make sure we were constantly updated, their service was more that we could have hoped for.”
